☀️ That’s a wrap on another amazing school year at #MTCHSIdaho!
The halls are quiet, the laptops are turned in, and our students are officially off to enjoy a well-earned summer break. We are so proud of everything our students accomplished this year — the hard work, creativity, growth, friendships, and memories made along the way. 💙
We hope everyone has a safe, relaxing, and fun summer filled with sunshine, adventures, sleep, and plenty of time to recharge.
🏢 Our office will remain open through the end of May if families need assistance or have questions.

Want to get involved? These competitions are open to all MTCHS students. See Mrs. Heesch for more details on how you can turn your big idea into a business!
Our amazing MTCHS PTSO Board has been hard at work this year, bringing energy, creativity, and support to our school community. From fun student events to meaningful support for staff and programs, they truly make a difference!
THANK YOU Meridian Technical Charter High School PTSO !!!
Parents and incoming parents: now it’s your turn to get involved! 👇
All board positions are open, and we’d love to welcome new faces to this incredible group. While some current board members with underclassmen plan to remain in their roles or move to a different role, we do have board members with graduating seniors who will be stepping down. Whether you want to take on a role or simply learn more, this is a great opportunity to support our students and be part of something special.
Come join the fun with us and help continue the momentum!
Safety drills aren’t always easy—but they are important. On Thursday, we had our annual Lockdown Drill, and we wish to express our gratitude to Officers Sunada, Payne, and Mangram for helping guide the Drill with a balance of professionalism, reassurance, and even a bit of humor that made a serious situation feel a little less heavy for our students.
While we might wish these kinds of practices weren’t necessary, we’re thankful to have the best of partners who approach them with such care—helping students feel informed, supported, and safe every step of the way. Their ability to connect with students and create a calm, respectful environment makes all the difference.
Thank you, Officers Mangram, Payne, and Sunada, for the time, energy, and heart you bring to MTCHS. We appreciate you more than words can say. 💙
Our Business Seniors visited the Entrepreneur Lab at the College of Western Idaho this morning to get real-world feedback on their business plans. Director Kenton Lee shared valuable insights, asked great questions, and helped our students think like true entrepreneurs.
Experiences like this give students a chance to refine their ideas, practice pitching their concepts, and learn what it takes to turn a great idea into a real business. Thank you to the CWI Entrepreneur Lab for welcoming our students and investing your time in the next generation of innovators!
