Meridian Technical Charter High School is a public charter school focused around the use and education of technology. Each year, students will take a rigorous technical class that will teach them skills necessary to get a starting job in the tech field of their choosing. The fields we teach about include web design and development, media design, video editing, computer and device repair, and networking.
Starting senior year, students an take a business class instead of one of these tech classes. On top of that, they’ll have to complete a 280 internship at a workplace of their choosing. These professional work environments help the students gain professional skills and catch a glimpse into the workforce they are desiring to work in.
